What Celebrities Are Doing

There are lots of reasons to dislike Courtney Love, most of which seem to stem from her increasingly loose grip on reality. Of course, no-one’s saying it’s entirely her fault. If those drugs weren’t so gosh-darned delicious, and didn’t  somehow keep finding their way down her noggin and inbetween her toes and into the back of her knees, maybe she could live a normal life. But they are, and she can’t.

We initially thought it was odd that the highly talented Michael Fassbender was absent from the Oscar nomination list, although now we understand why the Academy suits shunned him. Guys, he likes to – shhhhhh - party. He likes to party at parties. Has no one ever told him that parties aren’t for partying – even when it’s your own party? Have you ever seen the chap from The Artist partying at his own party? Exactly.

In the most exciting news for Madonna fans since yesterday, when we told you she was rush releasing her single, Madonna has now released the track list for new album MDNA. For those of you who don’t know what the kids are doing these days with all their thump-thump music and whizz bang drugs, MDNA is a shortened version of Madonna, but get this, it also sounds a bit like MDMA, which is an illegal party drug! Edgy, eh?

How do you feel right now? Unfashionable but very warm? Thought so. Thermals look cute and cosy for about five minutes,  then six hours in and your gloried pyjamas are glued to your back with a layer of sweat as the heating causes your brain to melt onto your keyboard. We digress, but we’re hot and wishing that our chill solution had been a faux fur trimmed Balenciaga coat chucked over a long sleeved Erdem dress. Sure, our legs would be goose-bumpy, but we’d also have a cab waiting outside. Obviously. Did we mention that in this fantasy we are Michelle Williams? Sigh…

This is the second trailer from the Hunger Games, featuring the wonderful Jennifer Lawrence. Apparently the books the films are based on are actually supposed to be for children, so shouting ‘go on, do ‘er my son’ during a screener is inappropriate behaviour.   Maybe people should make these kind of things clearer, you know?
