In addition to the albums, which include a never-before-released concert recording, a tour commemorating her songwriting legacy takes to the road, featuring the likes of Scritti Politti’s Green Gartside, Joan As Policewoman, soul legend PP Arnold, Bellowhead, Maddy Prior, Thea Gilmore and Sandy’s former bandmates Dave Swarbrick and Jerry Donahue. We asked Green to share his very first memories of hearing the woman Richard Thompson described “the greatest British female artist of her generation”
