This is not a hoax. This is real. Brian Harvey, formerly of pop group East 17, has had a pre-paid electricity meter forcibly installed in his Walthamstow home, in the presence of the police. He filmed this happening, including his futile attempts to argue with the coppers, and David “lizards” Icke is hosting the video on his YouTube page. Wow.
