Note to YouTube Legal: These fair use reportage clips are owned by my friend Rupert. They are not the property of the so called “Church” of Scientology or the hetrosexual actor Tom Cruise. If you actually bother to watch the clip then you’ll see that any tiny percentage of non-rupert footage clearly passes the legal test of News Reportage with respect to copyright claims on the whole clip.

That’s a nice bunch of PR, but the true reality of Scientology’s unethical leaders, bullying of critics, abuse of its members and history of quackery sort of undermines the false reality you’re trying to “mock up” there.

I was a catholic priest for 10 years, and after studying many other religions I studied Scientology extensively, and found it to be an amazing practical philosophy (wisdom) that improves human conditions. It’s goal is a world without war, drugs and insanity where human rights are protected, and after 27 years of immersing myself into its spirituality and wisdom , I’m happy to say that I’ll remain a Scientologist the rest of my life (and even into my next life)

All these actors that are scientologists do not have a college degree therefore Tom Cruise and John Travolta know nothing about psychiatry and medication. Travolta’s kid was killed by this cult when he could have been easily treated and be a stable teenager living a normal life.

Tom Cruise, Kirstie Alley, John Travolta, Jenna Elfman, Leah Remini and basically every other entertainer that is a member of this evil cult dont deserve any kind of career. We should all boycott their various projects. After reading about L Ron Hubbard i was disturbed, he was pure evil. Thats before i read the testimonies from former members, horror stories some of them! Lets all make our presence felt where it hurts these entertainers most – AT THE BOX OFFICE.

I guess Scientology isn’t big on Spelling…Psychologist, and you’re welcome!!!

  • sensiroots

im a scientologist and just as full of shit as your pdchologist

  • Anon7547

Tom Cruise is such a douche-bag and his career is over. Nobody likes a guy who promotes an evil cult. Bye bye Tom, enjoy your personal hell.

  • MiserableMisanthrope

What do you mean OTHER religions? Scientology ISN’T a religion… In fact, in the MAJORITY of the world, it is seen for what it REALLY is… A cult/scam used specificly to gain power and money. That’s it. The only reason that they try and earn religious status is so they are tax exempt. They didn’t even TRY to be a “religion” until a WHILE after it was created and if you listen to any of the insiders, they’ll tell you the religion aspect is a joke. They just don’t want to lose money to taxes.

who cares… this cult is so insignificant to the world… who cares

  • SharksKid

I’ll clarify one thing: no one, repeat, NO ONE in scientology gets upper level posts (which afford them enormous power) unless they are hand picked by the Religious Technology Center (the top branch of the cult) headed by none other than an evil little dwarf called David Miscavige.

Oh he’ll sidle up to celebrities and make them think they’re top guns (he was best man at cruise’s wedding), but only him and his cronies in the RTC are in the know.

    good idea!

  • Ritaloops

tom cruise is out of mind

If any scientologists pass me at a time that I am involved in a car crash can they please just call me an ambulance and not think they are the only one that can help, I would prefer a Doctor/surgean instead!

  • knocnaskeagh

No I think they have totally misjudged the general public. Oh the adult population will unite alright, well on one issue and that is against this cult and they will either change direction and realise what a serious mistake it is having celebrities representing them. Its actually going to turn the tables on them. E.g. I knew that Scientology existed but hey! everyone has a right to their own beliefs but when my niece does a search on her fav actor and his spouting “We are the authority….

  • knocnaskeagh

took the words out of my mouth. What I don’t understand is – that Tom Cruise is a man in his 40s. If he was a teenager or young adult, I’d actually be thinking where is his family or real friends, someone needs to step in and try to make him see sense. Also I think getting celebrities is not just financial stategy – its also managing to target the young through them and the mentality of these cults are get them while they are young before they have formed their own oppinions on life.

EXACTLY, PLEASE STOP SUPPORTING STARS, who are in this cult. A large portion of their money goes to Scientology

  • blamecanada123456789

I won’t watch or buy any films of Tom Cruise anymore. I will not support this cult in any way or form…

  • AlanAyazyam

None of that is true. You are assuming all those things. Conclusions you made about him. It doesn’t take a big ego to stand for something, even if it might be something you disagree with or think is silly. Maybe he just wants to support it. Or is it impossible to want to support something without having a selfish reason, in your mind?

  • quentinkrisp

He does care about how people regard him. Like many celebrities, he has a big ego that bruises very easily. That’s why he joined a cult which panders to his every narcissistic need.

  • AlanAyazyam

I don’t know if you know how bloody fucking rich he is he could have retired like years ago. Plus now that he is second in command of scientology I don’t know if he really cares that people don’t flock to him at the movies like in the Top Gun days. Even though they still go in big numbers.

  • davidngo4415

I did check it out. It’s a load of crap. water being turned into wine. god killing thousands of people for no apparent reason. virgins having babies. i’ve read children’s stories with more believability. and history doesn’t prove any of these things happened. no proof. sorry. but faith isn’t about proof. so continue believing in the supernatural and other irrational things. you’re an idiot. nothing’s gonna change that. sorry.

  • johnson297

Object lesson in how to cut 40% off the gross of your movies. Admit you believe that the spaceman Xenu came to earth 75,000,000 years ago and started all of mans problems. Tommy boy, if I were you I would keep my insane Scientology ideas in the closet. We have enough fairy tale terrorist religions in the world. We don’t need you to promote new ones. Hail Xenu.

  • yomotalking

Go check out Christianity before saying comments like that.
    Then check history.

  • yomotalking

mmmmmm…, but it may get worrying once they start criminalizing other religions….

  • 30SecondsTokyo

The course Tom Cruise successfully completed in Scientology is entitled: How to tank a prosperous career in the least amount of time.
