Here’s the new Burberry A/W 2011 accessories campaign in video form. What do you think? In terms of plot, the narrative is much more developed than The Tree of Life, isn’t it? And those shoes are definitely less wooden than Emma Watson or Rosie Huntington Whiteley were in their latest films (both Burberry models no less)… Yes, we thoroughly approve – nice one, Christopher Bailey. It’s about time someone knocked the Alexa bag of its throne…

No, obviously not Thunder from Gladiators, though we bet he’d look lovely in a nice Burberry check, we mean the shitty weather than Mother Nature unleashed on the Serpentine Summer Party after she caught a glimpse of the guest list (Caprice!). Still, at least it gave Patrick Cox and Nicky Haslam chance to get their wellington boots out. Yep, you definitely need that kind foot protection what with the treacherous conditions in Kensington Gardens. Sheesh, the rest of the guests are lucky they didn’t get trench foot having to step out of a cab on Exhibition Road into the venue.
