What Celebrities Are Doing

After last month’s genuinely awful charges against TV’s William Roache, that of raping a 15 year old, the actor now faces even worse claims by four new victims.

The claims were made yesterday and involve several women aged 11 to 16 between 1965 and 1968 according to The Sun:

After several hours of questioning he was charged with the offences — three of which allegedly took place in 1965 and a further two in 1968. Roache is accused of two indecent assaults involving a 14-year-old girl in 1965. He is further charged with single counts of indecent assault in relation to a 16-year-old in 1965; another girl aged 13 or 14 in 1968; and a third aged 11 or 12 in 1968.

Roache is due to attend Preston court today in relation to the previous charge.

1000 women eh? Jesus.

Just as we’d all hoped, following her weird attempt to impress a man she’d never met by offering to sell him illicit substances, Tulisa Contostavlos has been arrested by police in London on suspicion of supplying class A drugs.

For those of you unaware of how this came about, the story is that over the weekend a Sun journalist managed to catch the ex-X Factor host on tape boasting about being able to buy cocaine as well as explaining that she’d previously sold crack in her spare time. Her old bandmates thought it was all going to come to nothing, which based on Dappy’s seemingly amazing ability to avoid any kind of punishment more severe than tidying up his own litter wasn’t actually a bad guess, but based on the evidence the Sun procured, it’s not looking good for the woman who calls herself the Female Boss.

Amazingly, despite being heavily implicated in the whole affair, her pal Mike GLC seems to be relatively unfazed. We’d assume that’s probably going to change given that reports indicate Tulisa was arrested along with a 35 year old man. Naturally we’re not saying it’s Mike, but you know, it’s a bit coincidental, isn’t it?
