Yikes, look what Olivier Martinez did to Gabriel Aubry’s face – a new side to the story

This is a bit like the episode of Peep Show where everyone tries to section each other, except for with restraining orders and harder people… Following last week’s crazy bust up between Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry’s new guy, Olivier Martinez, we have a couple of new developments… Mostly that they’ve all now taken out restraining orders, but also…
1) The fight went down in FRENCH (Aubry is Canadian-French), which could be something to ponder.
2) After Martinez previously playing the protective-partner/stepdad role in the press, Aubry has come out with some rather contradictory allegations – although, to be honest, the above picture says more anyway.
3) Aubry’s lawyer is Lohan’s trusty old chum Shawn Holley. SHOULD’VE GONE TO SAUL!
4) Martinez used to be a boxer – no kiddin’.

It was Thanksgiving, FYI – and little Nahla was there at the time too
