Olly Murs has struck back at blogs who criticise him, claiming they made him hit the bottle. Now, we can’t take all the credit for Thresher’s profits. But we can’t remember any other websites being quite as relentlessly unpleasant about him as we have. Anyway, he says it’s important people see him as “a nice bloke”. And we’re sure he is. A nice bloke who represents everything we despise about modern media personalities.

Sorry for the bait-and-switch but were we the actual last people on the planet to think JLaw was Jude Law not Jennifer Lawrence? We just thought we’d test it with this.

Seriously, we wondered why the world was going mad for J(ude)Law when the last time he got even nominated for an Oscar was nine years ago (lost to Sean Penn then – sod’s law). We even laughed out loud when we heard he’d tripped over his dress and got chatted up by Jack Nicholson. LAUGHED OUT LOUD.

Anyway, maybe you’d rather look at this picture of J(ude)Law’s bottom than one of J(ennifer)Law(rence)’s? No? Bummer. At least you get to enjoy Matt Damon’s face though.

If we are going to use this name shortening format, can’t we at least start calling Chris Brown ‘C***’? That’s how it works, isn’t it? No? Okay, well you have to give us Shia La Beouf – SLAB. Thanks. We’ll be using that this summer when we next mention him. Remind us please.

We were already a bit suspicious about Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem as a couple – too good looking and perfect. She went out with Tom Cruise, so it’s already fairly likely that she’s at least one-part alien – and now her and her husband have BOTH been spotted out seperately with some weird shit going on in their ears. What is it? Does anyone care apart from us? Anyone…? Anyone…? Is that or ‘no’ or do we also have too an ear full of crumbs?

We always thought it was a travesty that Spiderman never released his own multi-selling album before getting his one.
