What Celebrities Are Doing

For some unexplainable reason, this particular story has made us feel quite sorry for Quentin Tarantino. It’s a tale of unrequited love (kind of) between a hideous Hollywood director who turns out to have a heart of gold (sort of), and a smug media type who seems to have the moral integrity of a guard at Belsen (mostly). It’s quite a long story though, so you might have to stop whatever you were pretending to do at work and make yourself a cup of tea, or maybe help yourself to another can of Super K. Suppose it depends whether you’re employed or not. We’re sorry if you aren’t by the way. We’re sure you’ll find something soon. Just keep plugging away. Good things happen to good people, remember that.

Just like the debacle at Buckingham palace earlier this week, we’ve just found out about another event we weren’t invited to. The difference between this party and the last one is that we’ve been told about this one beforehand, in fact it was almost waved in our face, like a pasty in front of a fat kid. Also, the Queen won’t be at this one, although she wouldn’t have spoken to us anyway, apparently what we do isn’t considered ‘socially beneficial’. Unbelievable, if you’re not raising money for terminally ill children, sitting in a bathful of beans or beating an unusually weak Australian team at some sport the old lady won’t even look at you.

Sarah Harding – human of 30 years, actress of 4 – has proclaimed her ambition to work with legendary auteur, Quentin Tarantino. And she ACTUALLY thinks that he’ll consider her one day soon. All she needs to do is just work on a few more films, y’know? Strange thing for her to say, considering the roaring success and dramatic masterpiece that was St Trinian’s. Surely after one watch of them, Quentin will be straight on the phone?
