The main reason anyone outside her family and friends know of Josie Gibson’s existence is because of a stint on Big Brother several years ago. During the show she came across as a jolly, pretty girl-next-door type of character who was hard to dislike. But it’s not the fact that she was an unusually likeable character on a TV show known for its ability to find sociopaths and narcissists that’s interesting about Josie, it’s how awful she’s become since leaving.

A couple of years ago, after leaving the house, Josie was photographed on holiday looking a liitle bit porky. So upset was she by the resulting pictures in the Daily Mail that ever since then she’s been steadily losing weight (see above gallery), reaching the point where recently she’s been so pleased with he results that she’s taken every opportunity to strip off for various women’s mags to talk about her triumph against cake. Which is great. Really is.

Sadly though, she’s also been coming out with the following awful crap on an almost weekly basis:

“I used to love it when they’d [her breasts] bob up and down when I ran, but now they’re just saggy skin and they’re not even a handful. I don’t feel as womanly any more…

“I’ve never liked my boobs to be honest, and now I’ve lost all that weight, I thought it was time to have them done. I went to the Natural History Museum a few weeks ago and Luke [Josie's ex fiancé] pointed out that my tits looked like a Neanderthal’s. That’s when I thought, ‘He’s right. I’ve got to do something about it.’ I’ve been thinking about it since January but the fear stopped me at first. But then one night when I was out, my chicken fillet fell on the floor and I was so embarrassed! So that was the moment that made me think, ‘I’m going to get new boobs!’”

Her ex-fiance pointed out how ugly her breasts were and she agreed, deciding in the process to get a fake pair? Good work to everyone involved in making this happen. Especially Josie. Once again, mild fame forces another slightly insecure human being to become a vapid egotistical nightmare. Who says reality TV is bad?
